Rates for Graduate Student Interns
Graduate Student Intern
A student intern (or practicum student) is in the final process of completing graduate-level courses to earn a master's degree in the field of mental health. Each intern practices under the license and close supervision of his/her university’s department chair, faculty advisor, and Restoring Hope Counseling & Consulting’s clinical director, Mendy Landreth.
50-minute session: $75
(Play therapy sessions are 45 minutes.)
90-minute intake session: $135
Parenting
Group
Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT)
A 10-week, evidence-based parenting course designed to train caregivers in the skills of play therapy to use with a child of focus.
$700 for 20 hours of training (2-hour group sessions that meet weekly)
Spouse attends for FREE!
Space is limited to 8 adult participants, so a commitment to attend and pay for the entire course is required to join the group. In order to secure your spot in the next group, a non-refundable prepayment of $350 is required upon registration. The remaining $350 is due on the 1st day of the course.
Please note that childcare is not provided.
Premarital Program
We value prevention and are committed to building healthy marriages! Therefore, we have partnered with the state of Texas as an approved provider through the Twogether in Texas program.
Couples who complete 8 hours of premarital counseling with our counselors are eligible to receive a $60-discount off their marriage license.

Insurance
Restoring Hope Counseling & Consulting, PLLC is an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. We do not directly accept insurance as payment. However, if requested, we may be able to provide you a superbill (a detailed receipt for services), which you may file with your insurance company, if you qualify for out-of-network reimbursement. Unless needed more frequently, it is our practice to provide these itemized receipts on a monthly basis to those clients who have requested them.
Please be aware that health insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis in order for you to submit for reimbursement. There is the possibility that you may not have met criteria for a diagnosis and/or you may prefer not to have a diagnosis on your medical record.
Before requesting superbills from our office, please confirm with your health insurance company that you have out-of-network benefits for mental health services. Keep in mind that some plans require you to meet a separate deductible before receiving out-of-network benefits.
Clients receiving services from an LPC-Associate (a counselor who has a provisional license) are not eligible for out-of-network claims.
Scholarship Program
Restoring Hope Counseling & Consulting, PLLC partners with local churches, non-profit organizations, and small businesses in order to assist with counseling fees for those who need financial assistance. If limited finances are preventing you from receiving counseling services, please inquire about our scholarship program.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours advance notice is required to avoid being charged the full session fee.
Regarding Monday appointments, cancellation is required by the Friday beforehand.
